F. Scott was head over heels for Zelda, no matter how wonderfully crazy she was. I saw a picture of her not too long ago, so I can also add that she was beautiful.

Maria: Half of those stories are the kind you’d find find in a junior high English class, but they’re still classics, including the story by Shirley Jackson. Haven’t heard of the Lessing one til now, but thanks. And I think you’re right, there’s very strong sexual undertones to it.
